How Can I Return or Exchange a Product I Purchased?

What Is the Timeframe for Returning a Product?
My Team Wear offers customers a 14-day period to return products, starting from the date of receipt.

How Long Does It Take to Process a Refund?
- The sooner you inform us of your desire to initiate a return, the better!
- Most return processes are completed within 2 business days for orders paid via SADAD, bank transfer, or Mada.
- For orders paid by credit card or cash on delivery, the process may take up to 5 business days.
